Agentsapp uses the following providers when they may process Customer Data on behalf of Agentsapp. This list forms part of the Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Integrations connected by the Customer
Agentsapp allows the connection of third-party services chosen or authorized by the Customer, including Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook), Google Calendar, Kommo, Tiendanube, WooCommerce, GVAMax and its own APIs. Agentsapp exchanges the data necessary to execute those integrations at the Customer's instruction.
These services operate under their own terms and are not automatically considered sub-processors engaged by Agentsapp under the DPA.
Other providers
Agentsapp also uses providers for payments, billing, transactional email and administrative obligations. When these process data for Agentsapp's own purposes and not Customer Data under the DPA, their processing is described in the Privacy Policy and not in this list.
Changes
Agentsapp may update this list. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with the mechanism set forth in the DPA.
