1. Provider, purpose and scope
1.1 Provider. The Agentsapp service is operated by Juan Bautista Liendo under the trade name Agentsapp from the Argentine Republic, with special domicile (domicilio especial) at Av. Recta Martinolli 6000, city of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, Argentine Republic (hereinafter, “Agentsapp” or the “Provider”). These Terms do not attribute the Service to a company (sociedad) for as long as such company does not exist. Contractual communications shall be made through the means indicated in clause 23.2.
1.2 Customer. These Terms govern the contracting of the platform by a natural person (persona humana) or legal entity that uses it in its commercial or professional activity (the “Customer”). Anyone contracting on behalf of an organization must have sufficient authority to bind it and the legal capacity to contract.
1.3 Mandatory rights. The business purpose of the service does not entail a waiver of mandatory rules. If a contract constitutes a consumer relationship (relación de consumo) or is subject to another non-waivable protection, those rules shall prevail over any incompatible provision of this Agreement.
2. Definitions
2.1 Service and Platform. “Service” comprises access to the Agentsapp platform and the features included in the contracted offering: artificial intelligence agents, conversation management, CRM, automations, and integrations with messaging or other systems. The availability of a feature depends on the plan and on the conditions actually contracted.
2.2 Customer Content. Customer Content consists of the messages, contacts, files, knowledge bases, instructions, configurations and other data that the Customer or its authorized users upload, connect or generate through the Service, including conversations with third parties. The rights of individuals over their personal data are not transferred by this definition.
2.3 Supplementary documents. “DPA” is Agentsapp’s Data Processing Agreement. “Partner” is a reseller authorized under a White Label Agreement. “SLA” is an express service level agreement and is not presumed to be included in any given plan. Specific commercial terms may be set out in the published plan, an accepted proposal or a specific written agreement.
3. Acceptance and Agreement documents
3.1 Express acceptance. The contract is entered into through the affirmative acceptance of these Terms upon registration or contracting, or through a signed instrument that incorporates them. The Customer must be able to view, save and reproduce the applicable version and its incorporated documents before accepting. Merely visiting the website does not amount to contracting the Service.
3.2 Composition. The “Agreement” consists of these Terms, the accepted commercial terms, the DPA when Agentsapp processes data on behalf of the Customer and, where applicable, the White Label Agreement and any expressly executed addenda. The Privacy Policy explains Agentsapp’s own processing activities and does not replace the specific consents required by law.
3.3 Order of precedence. Mandatory rules and the international transfer safeguards that are mandatory prevail. Next, specific amendments expressly agreed by both parties prevail, with respect to the matters they identify. The DPA prevails as to data processing obligations; the White Label Agreement, as to resale; these Terms govern everything else. The priority of the DPA does not, in and of itself, eliminate the economic liability regime of clause 18, unless required by law or expressly and validly modified.
3.4 Other parties’ documents. Purchase orders, questionnaires or contracts of a Customer or of its end customers do not add obligations for Agentsapp by their mere receipt. Any change must be expressly accepted by an authorized person of Agentsapp. This clause does not set aside specific terms already validly agreed.
3.5 Versions and evidence. Contracting confirmations shall identify the applicable versions. Acceptance records may be used as evidence in accordance with applicable regulations, without constituting irrebuttable proof or altering the statutory burdens of proof. These Terms do not retroactively replace prior agreements merely by being published.
4. Accounts, permissions and authorized users
4.1 Administration. The Customer must keep account and billing data accurate, designate authorized administrators and manage its users’ permissions. The actions of those users within the permissions granted are deemed instructions of the Customer, without automatically attributing to the Customer incidents caused by breaches by Agentsapp.
4.2 Credentials. Each party must protect the credentials, keys and access it manages. The Customer must use the available security measures, revoke access that is no longer authorized and report any known compromise without delay. Agentsapp may verify identity and authority to represent before making sensitive changes.
4.3 Access to third-party resources. The Customer may only connect accounts, numbers, systems or information that are its own or for which it has sufficient authorization. Agentsapp’s access for support purposes shall be limited to what is necessary to provide the Service and shall be subject to confidentiality and to the DPA where applicable.
5. License and scope of the Service
5.1 Right of use. While the contract is in force, Agentsapp grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the Service for the contracted purposes. No source code is delivered and no rights in the software are transferred. Resale and use under one’s own brand require authorization in accordance with clause 20.
5.2 Contracted deliverables. The features, capabilities, channels, integrations, assistance and developments included are those identified in the published plan or in an accepted proposal or written agreement. Features announced as future features are not deemed delivered unless there is an express commitment to implement them. A customized service does not imply exclusivity or an assignment of intellectual property absent a written agreement.
5.3 Evolution. Agentsapp may update the Service and replace components, while substantially maintaining the essential contracted features. A material reduction shall be notified and handled in accordance with clauses 16 and 22. This power does not permit disregarding specific commitments or data protection obligations.
6. Plans, usage and billable integrations
6.1 Visible terms. Before contracting, the price, currency, taxes, billing frequency, quotas and features of the plan shall be disclosed. The terms of the published plan or the accepted specific terms shall govern. No additional cost shall be applied unless it has been disclosed or agreed in accordance with the contracted Service.
6.2 Conversation metering. A “conversation” is equivalent to the interaction with a single contact during a monthly usage cycle, regardless of whether one or one hundred messages are exchanged within that cycle. The count resets at the start of the next monthly cycle. Agentsapp may display the available usage in the Platform.
6.3 Overages. Upon reaching the conversation quota or another plan limit, Agentsapp may pause artificial intelligence processing until the next cycle or until the parties agree on an expansion. No automatic overage charges shall apply unless there is a previously accepted rate or expansion.
6.4 Third-party costs. Meta messaging costs and other charges billed directly by third-party accounts or services used by the Customer are borne by the Customer and are invoiced directly by the relevant provider, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Any other external cost re-invoiced by Agentsapp must have been previously disclosed or accepted.
7. Trials and experimental features
7.1 Trial. Where there is a trial period, its duration, quotas and features shall be those published or disclosed for that offer. Upon expiration, access may end or be limited according to those terms. No paid plan shall begin without prior express acceptance of its price and renewal method.
7.2 Experimental features. Features expressly identified as beta or experimental may change or be withdrawn and are not intended for critical processes without prior evaluation. The applicable confidentiality, data and security obligations remain in force; their experimental nature does not eliminate those obligations or non-waivable rights.
8. Subscriptions, payments, renewal and cancellation
8.1 Periods and billing. Fees are payable in advance for the period of the contracted plan, unless otherwise agreed. A subscription shall renew automatically only when that arrangement has been disclosed and accepted, for periods equal or equivalent to those contracted and at the applicable price in accordance with clause 8.4. There is no minimum term beyond that expressly agreed.
8.2 Cancellation. The Customer may request non-renewal before the date of the next charge through the channel enabled in its account or by the contractual email address. Agentsapp shall confirm its receipt. Unless immediate closure is requested or there is cause for suspension, access shall continue until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not amount to the immediate deletion of the data, nor does it prevent requesting their deletion in accordance with the DPA.
8.3 Refunds. Voluntary cancellation and mere non-use do not give rise to a refund for a period already begun, unless a more favorable commercial policy or a mandatory rule applies. Improper charges and prepaid amounts for the period not provided shall, however, be refunded when Agentsapp terminates without cause attributable to the Customer or when the Customer terminates due to an uncured material breach by the Provider. Implementation services shall be treated according to the scope actually performed and the accepted commercial terms.
8.4 Price changes. Increases shall be notified at least thirty calendar days in advance and shall apply, at the earliest, from the next renewal that allows that notice period to be met. They shall not affect a period already prepaid. The Customer may choose not to renew before the new price applies. Any adjustment formula or variable cost must be expressly accepted.
8.5 Late payment. In the event of a failed charge, Agentsapp shall notify the outstanding balance and grant five business days to bring the account current before suspending for non-payment. A well-founded dispute shall be reviewed in good faith; the Customer shall pay the undisputed portion. No undisclosed interest, penalties or administrative fees shall be added.
9. Customer obligations and acceptable use
9.1 Lawful data and instructions. The Customer must have the legal basis and authorizations necessary to provide content, connect systems and instruct processing. The Customer is responsible for notices to its users, required consents, the accuracy of the data it provides and the handling of opt-outs and objections. Consent is not required where another valid legal basis exists, but the applicable basis must be capable of being demonstrated.
9.2 Communications. Campaigns and automations must identify the sender where applicable, respect contact preferences and comply with the rules of law and of the channel used. Spam, harassment, deceptive impersonation, fraud and communications without legal authorization are prohibited. An operational integration does not by itself evidence permission to contact a person.
9.3 Use of the Platform. It is prohibited to access data of other accounts, circumvent limits or security controls, introduce malicious code, use the Service for unlawful activities or infringe third-party rights. Reverse engineering or extraction of the software is prohibited except with authorization or in a case permitted by a mandatory rule.
9.4 Configuration and review. The Customer must review the sources, permissions, instructions and automatic actions it enables, keep business information up to date and correct known errors. Agentsapp must not execute manifestly unlawful instructions and may suspend their execution while clarifying them. The Customer’s ratification does not make a prohibited instruction lawful.
10. Artificial intelligence and high-risk uses
10.1 AI outputs. Automatically generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for a particular case. The Customer shall apply human review proportionate to the risk and configure limits on actions. Agentsapp does not guarantee sales, debt recovery, absolute accuracy or any specific economic result.
10.2 Authorized actions. Enabling an integration or automation allows the execution of the actions within the scope of the Customer’s permissions and instructions. The Customer must limit actions with economic consequences or consequences for rights, verify relevant flows before production and establish human escalation. This does not release Agentsapp from performing what was contracted or from being liable for failures attributable to it.
10.3 Restrictions. Without additional evaluation and written authorization, the Service must not be used for solely automated decisions that determine insurance coverage, credit, employment, health benefits or other significant rights, nor for decisive professional advice or emergencies. The Customer must comply with any applicable transparency obligations regarding the use of AI.
10.4 High-risk data and debt collection. The planned processing of sensitive data, information concerning minors or debt collection requires prior verification of its lawfulness, scope and controls with Agentsapp. Debts, financial information or other private data must not be disclosed to unverified interlocutors. The mere inclusion of a rule in the prompt does not replace adequate identity and access controls. If a user spontaneously sends restricted information, its minimization or deletion must be handled, without assuming that this authorizes its general use.
11. Content, intellectual property and use of data
11.1 Reserved rights. Agentsapp and its licensors retain the rights in the software, interfaces, components, documentation and pre-existing know-how. The Customer retains such rights as it holds in its Customer Content. AI responses may not be exclusive or give rise to intellectual property rights in all jurisdictions; Agentsapp does not guarantee exclusivity over them.
11.2 Limited authorization. The Customer authorizes Agentsapp to host, reproduce, process, transmit and display its Customer Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, secure and support the Service and to comply with lawful instructions. Third-party access is limited to authorized providers and to that purpose, in accordance with the DPA where applicable. No publication, sale or independent exploitation of the Customer Content is authorized.
11.3 Training and publicity. Agentsapp shall not use the Customer Content to train general-purpose models, create products for third parties or disclose success stories without specific authorization and sufficient legal basis. Nor shall it authorize its sub-processors (subencargados) to carry out such training for the data processed on its behalf. Querying a model to generate a response does not, in itself, amount to training it.
11.4 Diagnostics and metrics. Processing necessary to diagnose failures or evaluate the performance of the Customer’s own agent is limited to the provision of the Service and to the DPA. Account and security data processed for Agentsapp’s own purposes shall be explained in the Privacy Policy. Additional use of truly anonymized metrics shall require that they not allow individuals to be identified or confidential information to be revealed; a record is not presumed anonymous merely because the name has been removed.
12. Mutual confidentiality
12.1 Protection. Each party shall protect the other party’s non-public information that should reasonably be considered confidential, including the Customer Content, credentials and restricted commercial details. It may use such information only to perform the Agreement and may disclose it only to personnel, advisors or providers who need to know it and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
12.2 Exceptions. Information shall not be confidential if the receiving party can demonstrate that it was public without breach, that it lawfully knew it without restriction, that it developed it independently or that it legitimately received it from a third party without restriction. These exceptions do not eliminate any applicable obligations regarding personal data.
12.3 Legal demands and duration. In the event of a legally required disclosure, the other party shall be notified where permitted by law and only what is necessary shall be disclosed. Confidentiality shall be maintained during the Agreement and for five years thereafter; for trade secrets, for as long as they retain that status; and for personal data, for the period required by applicable regulations. The use of names or logos as a commercial reference requires separate authorization.
13. Personal data and DPA
13.1 Roles. When it processes conversation, contact or file data following the Customer’s instructions, Agentsapp acts as a data processor or provider of processing services on behalf of third parties (encargado o prestador de tratamiento por cuenta de terceros). If the Customer is in turn a processor for a controller (responsable), Agentsapp may act as a sub-processor. The characterization depends on the actual functions performed; a reseller does not automatically become the controller of all the data by invoicing the service.
13.2 Agentsapp’s own data. For the processing it determines for its own purposes, such as managing its contractual relationship, billing and the security of its account, Agentsapp acts under its Privacy Policy and applicable regulations. Those purposes do not authorize the free reuse of the content of conversations.
13.3 Incorporated DPA. The applicable DPA shall govern instructions, data categories, security measures, sub-processors, transfers, assistance, incidents, return and deletion. The Customer must have authorization to entrust the processing or to subcontract it. It shall not be presumed that, by accepting these Terms, international safeguards not yet entered into have been put in place.
13.4 Security and incidents. Agentsapp undertakes to adopt and maintain the technical and organizational measures appropriate to the processing and those expressly committed to in the DPA. It shall report without undue delay incidents affecting data processed on behalf of the Customer and shall cooperate in accordance with that document and the statutory deadlines. Invulnerability is not promised, nor are those obligations replaced by a general exemption regarding security.
14. External providers and connected channels
14.1 Dependencies. The Service may use third-party infrastructure and services or connect to accounts contracted directly by the Customer. The functions and roles of providers shall be identified in the DPA and its list of sub-processors, as applicable. Having an integration does not automatically make every connected entity a sub-processor of Agentsapp.
14.2 Customer accounts. The Customer manages its contractual relationships, authorizations and payments with the providers it contracts directly. Agentsapp is responsible for the integration, custody and configuration activities it actually undertakes; the Customer’s provision of a key does not eliminate those obligations.
14.3 External changes and restrictions. An external channel may change its terms, features, availability or access. Agentsapp does not guarantee its continuity or that it will never suspend an account, but shall reasonably report on and manage the known impact on the provision of the Service. A block originating in a breach by Agentsapp itself is not attributed to the Customer.
14.4 Allocation of liability. Agentsapp retains the obligations that apply to it with respect to its sub-processors in accordance with the DPA and the law. An external failure does not automatically constitute force majeure or release Agentsapp from its duties of diligence, security or mitigation. Any applicable contractual liability is subject to clause 18 to the extent legally permissible; no unlimited guarantee of the operation of all third parties is assumed.
15. Availability, maintenance and support
15.1 Diligent performance. Agentsapp shall provide the Service with professional diligence and shall endeavor to ensure its operation as contracted. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, failures or external dependencies. Scheduled maintenance with material impact shall be announced with reasonable advance notice when possible; emergencies may require immediate intervention.
15.2 Support. Support, its channels, hours and scope shall be those corresponding to the published plan or to the accepted specific terms. An availability percentage, a guaranteed resolution time or credits for non-compliance require an express SLA. The absence of an SLA does not eliminate the support actually included in the plan.
15.3 Changes in scope. Migrations, development work or assistance not included may be quoted separately, without charging for correcting breaches that are Agentsapp’s own responsibility. Audit and security requirements shall be handled in accordance with the DPA or a specific addendum, protecting data of other accounts and restricted information.
16. Suspension and termination
16.1 Proportionate suspension. Agentsapp may restrict access in the event of a material breach, late payment under 8.5, a legal requirement or a concrete risk to security, of fraud or of harm to third parties. The measure shall be limited to what is necessary, shall be notified together with its reason and the means of remedying it where lawful and where doing so does not aggravate the risk, and shall be lifted once the cause ceases.
16.2 Cure. Either party may terminate for a material breach by the other party not cured within ten business days of a notice identifying the breach. It may act immediately if the breach cannot be cured or if continuation is unlawful or creates a serious risk. Statutory rights that do not admit such waiting period are preserved.
16.3 Ordinary termination. The Customer may choose not to renew in accordance with 8.2. Agentsapp may decline to renew or may terminate a service of indefinite duration with thirty calendar days’ prior notice and a refund of prepaid amounts for services not provided; it may not use this power to disregard a fixed term expressly agreed. The delivery of data shall be coordinated in accordance with 17.
16.4 Effects. Termination prevents generating new usage or using the license, except for any agreed transition. Accrued payments, confidentiality, data obligations that must continue, and the rules on liability and disputes survive. Payment for future periods not contracted is not accelerated by default.
17. Export, retention and deletion
17.1 Data upon closure. The retention, return and deletion of Customer Data shall be governed by the DPA, the Privacy Policy and applicable regulations. Before cancelling, the Customer must use the available download or export features for the information it needs to keep. Any additional export may require technical coordination and must be reasonably feasible.
17.2 Technical retention. Cancellation does not entail the instant deletion of all data, backup copies or technical logs. Agentsapp may retain information where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution or technical continuity reasons, with access limited to those purposes and subject to the applicable retention policy.
17.3 Data requests. Requests for the return of, access to, rectification of or deletion of data processed on behalf of the Customer shall be handled in accordance with the DPA and applicable regulations. The specific technical deadlines and mechanisms must be kept aligned with the capabilities actually implemented.
17.4 Balances and rights. Personal data shall not be used as security for payment, nor shall non-waivable rights be blocked because of a debt. The recovery of amounts owed and any additional migration assistance shall be handled separately.
18. Liability and financial limits
18.1 Attributable liability. Each party is liable for the breaches attributable to it under the Agreement and the law. The Customer may not pass on to Agentsapp obligations or indemnities assumed with third parties without Agentsapp’s express acceptance. The mere assertion or quantification of a claim by a third party does not establish its merits, causation or amount.
18.2 General cap. Except in the cases set out in 18.6, Agentsapp’s total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by the Customer to Agentsapp for the Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Taxes and third-party costs re-invoiced at cost and separately itemized are excluded from the base. If the relationship has lasted less than twelve months, the amount actually paid during that relationship is used.
18.3 Scope of the cap. The cap covers contractual claims and the other claims between the parties related to the Service to the extent permitted by law, including confidentiality, data processing, security incidents, defense costs and indemnification obligations. It is not multiplied by each user, sub-account, document or claim. For related events, the first of them is taken into account. For an exclusively free account, the total cap shall be one hundred United States dollars (USD 100), subject to 18.6.
18.4 Exclusions and direct costs. To the extent permitted by law, lost profits, loss of opportunity or business, indirect damages and claims for reputational harm are excluded. This exclusion does not eliminate the direct, reasonable and substantiated costs of data restoration, containment or notification that are attributable to Agentsapp and legally or contractually required: they form part of the applicable cap and are not added to it.
18.5 No automatic exception for data. A data breach is not left uncapped, nor does it by itself trigger a higher cap. Any higher special cap must be agreed expressly and in writing, identifying its amount, the cases covered and its relationship to the general cap. The DPA does not create a separate cap merely because it regulates privacy and security.
18.6 Legal safeguards. Nothing is excluded or limited that a mandatory rule prohibits from being excluded or limited, including any advance release from liability for willful misconduct (dolo) of the obligor or of the persons for whom it is legally responsible, non-waivable rights and applicable consumer protections. These clauses do not restrict the powers of authorities or the rights of data subjects or of third parties who are not parties to this Agreement. Their validity is subject to legal review for unfair terms (cláusulas abusivas).
18.7 No double recovery. It is not permissible to recover twice for the same harm through different documents or remedies. Refunds of improper charges or of prepayments for services not provided are not absorbed by the indemnification cap. Obligations to implement corrective measures or to respond to data rights do not cease because a financial cap has been reached.
19. Third-party claims and indemnification
19.1 Reciprocal cases. Each party shall hold the other harmless from third-party claims to the extent that they arise from its own breaches of this Agreement or from legal violations attributable to it. For the Customer, this includes, for example, unlawfully provided data or content and unauthorized communications; for Agentsapp, breaches attributable to it in its service provision, confidentiality or processing. This clause does not extend liability to acts of others for which there is no obligation to be liable.
19.2 Procedure. The party against which a claim is made shall give notice without delay, provide reasonable information and allow participation in the defense with qualified advisors. Failure to give notice shall affect coverage only to the extent of the actual prejudice it causes. No facts shall be admitted, and no payments or obligations shall be agreed, on behalf of the other party without its consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
19.3 Amounts and limits. The indemnity shall cover amounts established by an enforceable decision of a competent authority or an approved settlement, and reasonable and documented defense costs. Fines shall be passed on only when legally permissible and causally attributable. Any indemnity by Agentsapp forms part of the cap in clause 18. The Customer’s indemnity is subject to the limitations applicable under the Agreement and the law, without restricting payment of the price of the Service.
19.4 Concurrent causes. Where damage has causes attributable to both parties or to other participants, its allocation shall be determined according to causal contribution and applicable regulations. Indemnities do not require the funding of an unlimited claim, nor do they permit unilaterally offsetting disputed damages against Service invoices.
20. Partners and white label model
20.1 Separate authorization. Marketing under one’s own brand, resale of access and support terms between Agentsapp and a Partner shall be governed by a specific White Label Agreement. These Terms, on their own, do not grant powers of resale, representation or general sublicensing.
20.2 Relationship with the end customer. The Partner enters into its own contracts and manages its commercial relationship with end customers. It does not act as Agentsapp’s representative and may not commit on Agentsapp’s behalf to warranties, deadlines, indemnities or service levels. Those customers’ contracts are not automatically incorporated into the Agreement with Agentsapp.
20.3 Data and continuity. Data and sub-processing authorizations shall be governed by the DPA according to the actual roles. The transition upon termination of a white label relationship, the contacts necessary for support and the non-solicitation rules shall be agreed in that specific contract. No penalty or non-solicitation period is imposed here on direct customers.
21. Assignment to a future company
21.1 Continuity of Agentsapp. The Customer consents to the Provider assigning its contractual position to a company that it incorporates and controls in order to continue Agentsapp, provided that such company expressly assumes the outstanding obligations and that the services, statutory warranties and data protections are not reduced. The assignment shall be notified identifying the company name, CUIT, domicile and effective date.
21.2 Limits on the effect. The future incorporation of a company does not automatically extinguish prior obligations or liabilities of the owner. The effects of the assignment and any release from future obligations shall be subject to the relevant instrument and to mandatory rules. Any additional consent legally required shall be obtained; no releasing effect is promised by a mere update of the name on the website.
21.3 Other assignments. Other assignments of the contractual position shall require the consent of the other party, except in cases of transfer provided for by law. The use of sub-processors in accordance with the DPA does not in itself constitute an assignment of this contract.
22. Amendments to the contractual framework
22.1 Notice. Material changes shall be communicated at least thirty calendar days in advance, identifying the version and the proposed effective date. They shall not retroactively alter past events or periods already consumed, nor shall they by themselves modify negotiated addenda. Changes essential for legal or security reasons may have a shorter period, with an explanation and notice as soon as possible.
22.2 Consent and renewal. Changes that materially increase obligations, reduce data protections or modify the liability regime shall require express acceptance or a migration agreement in order to apply to the Customer. If the Customer does not accept them, it may choose not to renew, and Agentsapp may discontinue the relationship in accordance with 16.3. No waiver of rights shall be presumed from mere continued use.
22.3 Special regimes. The price is modified in accordance with 8.4. Changes to sub-processors and objections thereto shall follow the specific mechanism of the DPA, without implying a general modification of liability. A record of the versions applied to the relationship shall be kept.
23. Law, communications and final provisions
23.1 Law and courts. The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For disputes in which the parties may agree on jurisdiction (prórroga de competencia), the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the city of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba. The jurisdiction and mandatory protections applicable by reason of consumer, personal data or other matters are respected.
23.2 Communications. Contractual communications shall be sent to the administration email address designated by the Customer and, for Agentsapp, to bautista@agentsapp.ar. Agentsapp’s special domicile is Av. Recta Martinolli 6000, city of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, Argentine Republic. Privacy and security requests may be sent to the same mailbox until Agentsapp publishes specific channels. The formalities and reliable means of notice (medios fehacientes) required by law for particular acts are preserved.
23.3 Severability and good faith. If a provision proves invalid, the consequences and gap-filling rules established by law shall apply, without extending the invalidity to the remainder where it can survive. Failure to exercise a right does not by itself amount to a waiver of it. Neither party may invoke these Terms for an abusive exercise of its rights.
23.4 Complete documentation. The Agreement sets out the accepted terms regarding the Service, subject to the specific terms and non-waivable rights provided for herein. It does not shorten statutory periods for bringing claims or make internal records conclusive evidence. The final version must remain available for viewing and download.
